drivers: hrs3300: Reduce HGAIN to x8
Experimentally drop the HGAIN to x8. Currently the evidence base for
this change is a little weak but it doesn't seem to be *worse* than
what we have now. Therefore I hope the wasp-os users will forgive me
for using them as guinea pigs!
